MAPAWAY 2026 – BERGEN. From 14 to 23 August, Vaals turns into a stage for art, cartography and landscape during MAPAWAY. This international map festival invites you to experience maps and the landscape in a new way. This year's theme is BERGEN: both as a verb – to gather, to store, to pile up – and as a noun, in which natural and man-made heights come together.
