Market Concert in Vaals by Klara Rücker

On 18 August, the monumental Hilgers organ (1765) in the Kopermolen will sound in a short concert during the Vaals weekly market. Organist Klara Rücker plays music by, among others, J.S. Bach and J.P. Sweelinck. Klara Rücker (1989) is from Leipzig. In 2014 she graduated in church music from the Musikhochschule Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy in her home town. This was followed by further study at the Franz-Liszt-Hochschule für Musik in Weimar, where she obtained the A diploma in church music. Since 2017 she has been a church musician in Aachen, in the municipality of Kornelimünster/Roetgen. The concert starts at 12:00. Du
